1. Overview

This Data Processing Agreement details how Fudafric Inc. processes personal data on behalf of its business clients (e.g., corporate wellness programs utilizing the FudaBot Slack integration).

2. Compliance

We comply with global data protection regulations. All user meal entries, biometric logs, and health insights are encrypted at rest and in transit.

3. Data Subject Rights

We assist our clients with resolving data subject requests, including the Right to Erasure (deletion of food logs) and the Right to Portability (exporting weekly insights to CSV).
